Google made the announcement about the integration of YouTube into its Google+ social network yesterday – November 3, 2011. They incorporated the ability to play YouTube videos in Google+ group video chat “Hangout”.
If you are using Google+ social networking site, you will see YouTube Icon on top right of Google+ interface. When you move your mouse over it, slide coming out and asking “what would you like to play?”.

Here’s how it works:
- Mouse over the new YouTube icon at the top right of Google+
- It’ll slide out and ask, “What would you like to play”?
- Enter whatever you’re in the mood for (like a topic or a musical artist)
Once you’ve entered the name of a video, topic or your favorite musician or band, a pop-up window appears, displaying a list of related videos that might interest you. I tried it by searching for Lady Gaga Music video and the pop-up window looks like this.

As you can see, more playlist videos will also appear below. You can see them with small pictures and their titles. So you can easily select videos you wanted to watch. You can also re-size and move the pop-up window elsewhere and you can still navigate your playlist from the slider.
How To Share YouTube Video on Google+
If you want to share the video to your Google+ friends, just click the “Share” button on top right of the video and select circles you wanted to see it. Anyone in your chosen circle has access to a related playlist, right from your post.
Chrome Extensions
Google also announced 2 new Google+ Chrome extensions.
1. +1 button: +1 any webpage and share it with your circles
Let you ass a +1 to web pages and share them with your circles right from its drop down interface.
